Na k. 1 późniejszą ręką dopisano "Charta Vladislai", co jest początkiem regestu pierwszego dokumentu. W spisie rękopisów Biblioteki Szersznika L. Brożka i E. Němeca zostało to użyte jako tytuł całej jednostki
